My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2017.  Like others with the disease, he has short term memory loss. My mom has found it is helpful for him if she puts a sticky note on the kitchen table with plans for the day on it. I call these sticky notes “Tiny Love Letters.” They inspired me to create this project to bring awareness to Alzheimer’s. I created an instagram account, that will hopefully collect many notes I can share from other families affected by this disease. The website’s purpose is to hold the notes as well, but to also explain the purpose and the story.
