Vegas in Vancouver - Holiday Party & Auction

SWCA’s annual Holiday Party & Auction - Vegas in Vancouver, was a large-scale event for their 400+ members to celebrate the holidays and help raise money for their foundation and workforce programs. For this event, I was apart of the planning committee from the start, meeting with the board, vendors, and the decorators. My involvement in this event included planning, and designing the print and digital materials, as well as working the event day of.

The board decided on the theme of Vegas in Vancouver, so I started my process of editing and reworking the well-known “Welcome to Vegas” sign to be a part of the invitation. From there I could create mood boards with different Vegas themes, ultimately settling on a color scheme that most reflected their original brand colors.
