I designed the logo for the Women Leaders in Construction (WLC) group by focusing on a minimalist yet impactful style that reflects the parent brand, SWCA. The logo features a bold silhouette of a woman in profile wearing a hard hat, symbolizing strength and leadership in the construction industry, with a braid to emphasize femininity. The color scheme incorporates SWCA’s signature navy blue background and white accents for a clean, professional look that aligns with the parent brand’s identity. The acronym "WLC" is prominently displayed in a modern, sans-serif font on the left, creating a vertical anchor, while the full name "Women Leaders in Construction" is placed below in a smaller, elegant typeface to maintain balance and clarity.
